Salary: 25-33K RMB per month BEFORE tax , depending on your qualifications and relevant teaching experience

Lay the groundwork for students to enjoy studying as they progress through the challenging curriculum in elementary stages.
Assist children in developing skills of autonomy, responsibility, and independence.
Implement Curriculum by creating effective and innovative courses and evaluation procedures to guarantee that students’ education remains competitive globally.
Team up with other teachers to form a group of intelligent, creative, and engaging people who aspire to work in a professional academic atmosphere and are passionate about education.
Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.
Requirements
Native English Speaker
TEFL /TESOL/CELTA certificate 120 hours or above
A Bachelor’s degree can pass a background clearance.
A major or an advanced degree in the teaching discipline is also greatly qualified, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience as a teacher is preferred.
Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.
Classroom management and professional teaching skills.
Love children, punctual, outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude.
Overview of the School
Joyelect is based in Shenzhen and it has 1 kindergarten in Shekou, 3 daycare centers in Nanshan and 1 daycare center in Futian. There is no restriction on household registration and nationality. Kindergarten enrolls 3-6 years old students. Daycare Center enrolls 10-36 months children.
The Education Program at Joyelect Kindergarten has collaborated with the Canadian ELECT Education Teaching Standards and offers trilingual system – English Early Childhood Education 70%, Traditional Chinese Culture Education Courses 20%, Second Foreign Language(French) 10%. Joyelect Kindergarten also provides golf course for children.
