Overview of the School
Shenzhen Victoria Park Academy is the first K9 bilingual school founded by Victoria (China) Education Group in Mainland China. Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal. Victoria Education was founded in Hong Kong in 1965, and was introduced to the Mainland in 1998 by Dr. Maggie Koong and soon after the Victoria (China) Education Group was established.
Victoria Park Academy is located on the North side of Dananshan Mountain in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Situated behind the campus is Lilin Park and Dananshanshan Park, providing a superior ecological environment. The campus is surrounded by high-tech, financial, commercial, and port hubs, and is connected to the center of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The campus is conveniently located and can be reached by public transport, being only just 5 minutes away from the closest Metro station. It is also easily accessible by car and well connected to the city’s main highways.
The campus covers an area of 17,555 square meters with 36 classrooms and functional rooms. With consideration for students’ physical and mental wellbeing, the school has adopted a courtyard-style architecture, where students can be immersed in the natural environment. The campus is equipped with standard football fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, athletic fields, and 800-meter running tracks.
