3E international school was founded in 2005 and has developed into an educational institution with more than 200 students from more than 20 countries and spanning two innovative branches (the baby class to the big class are located in Lidu branch, the main branch, and the first grade to the sixth grade of primary school are located in Laiguangying branch, which is jointly shared with Beijing French international school). In 3E international school, we adopt the visionary teaching mode of bilingual immersion education. They provide half day English and half day Chinese research bilingual courses for students, which aims to cultivate students who can communicate across cultures with respect and appreciation, and are good at creative thinking and cooperation. Their mission is to cultivate students who can communicate across cultures with respect and appreciation, and are good at creative thinking and cooperation. 3E international school has a professional staff team composed of more than 70 people, mainly including teaching, enrollment, marketing and community activities and operation team. Adhering to 3E the curriculum concept based on international best practice research, they have teaching staff from China and around the world, including the United States, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Switzerland and so on. All faculty have at least one bachelor’s degree in education or related majors, of which 20% have master’s or doctoral degrees. All teachers have teacher qualifications and at least two years of teaching experience in the field of international education. Both Chinese and English teachers teach in their mother tongue.
