Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: 15-30K RMB per month , depending on your qualifications and relevant teaching experience
  • Annual Performance based bonus: from 70% to 130% of monthly salary
  • Teaching Hours per week: each up to 25 periods per week, and a period is 45 minutes

Job Duty Overview  (included, but not limited)

  • Prepare high quality Chemistry lessons suitable for high school students.
  • Provide higher-level subject guidance in an interactive learning environment, achieving excellent results for every student.
  • Teach up to 25 students (max) classes.
  • Responsible of the development of related subject/program (teaching materials and plans).
  • Educate students in content-specific knowledge and skills to improve their academic and career success.
  • Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.
  • Ensure that students are supported in their learning journey, monitor, assess, and respond properly to all elements of the English work.​

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree can pass a background clearance.
  • A major or an advanced degree in the teaching discipline is also greatly qualified, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree.
  • In some cases, a Bachelor’s degree and documentation of passing authorized subject examination in the teaching field may meet the requirements for high qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of FULL TIME teaching experience as a teacher is required.
  • 59 year old maximum (no work permit for B category if above 60 y.o).
  • Experience with IELTS, TOEFL, IB and AP programs is a plus.
  • Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.
  • Classroom management and professional teaching skills.
