Requirements

  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 2 years of Teaching experience at a kindergarten
  • TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certificate
  • Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
  • Commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

Job Duty Overview (included, but not limited)

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
