Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: 22-30K RMB per month with a 5% annual raise, depending on your qualifications and relevant teaching experience
  • Teaching Hours per week: need to ask HR manager
  • Health Insurance: Provided
  • Housing Allowance: up to 3500 RMB per month
  • Paid Vacation: fully paid holidays, including summer and winter holiday

Job Duty Overview  (included, but not limited)

  • Prepare high quality PE lessons suitable for children.
  • Provide higher-level subject guidance in an interactive learning environment, achieving excellent results for every student.
  • Educate students in content-specific knowledge and skills to improve their academic and career success.
  • Guide students’ behaviors to cultivate their academic achievement, brainpower, personality, and individual responsibility.
  • Ensure that students are supported in their learning journey, monitor, assess, and respond properly to all elements of the English work.​

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree can pass a background clearance.
  • A major or an advanced degree in the teaching discipline is also greatly qualified, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree.
  • In some cases, a Bachelor’s degree and documentation of passing authorized subject examination in the teaching field may meet the requirements for high qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience as a lead teacher is required.
  • Subject related postgraduate(Master’s or Ph.D.) is prefered. A outstanding applicant will exhibit excellent abilities in imparting teaching ideas, texts and concepts with assurance and precision in addition to a high level of educational attainment.
  • Be open-minded about and willing to new ideas in education.
