Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada is the first Chinese foreign cooperative all residence school in Beijing to implement a new type of bilingual teaching in ordinary high school and post high school Canadian college education. The two sides cooperating in operating schools are the experimental middle school affiliated to Beijing Normal University, the Ministry of education of New Brunswick province of Canada and Canadian Royal International Education Group. Teachers in Chinese and Canadian schools are composed of Chinese teachers and foreign teachers. Chinese teachers are composed of excellent teachers selected from the experimental middle school affiliated to Beijing Normal University and recruited from all over the country, including super teachers, teaching and research leaders, discipline leaders, senior teachers and other influential well-known teachers, and the overall level is no lower than that of key schools. Foreign Vice Principals and foreign teachers are selected by the Ministry of education of New Brunswick, Canada. The foreign vice president is responsible for the management of students’ Canadian status, the management of Canadian courses and the issuance of students’ graduation certificates. The school implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Council. The chairman is Dr. Peng Jianhua, honorary director of UNESCO Asia Pacific region.
