Since 1996, Bright Start Academy has provided quality and affordable preschool and childcare services to children ages 6 weeks through 12 years . The campus area of Bright Start Academy includes 1,300 square meters of indoor venues and 300 square meters of outdoor activity venues. The curriculum system of Qixing School Bright Start Academy is American kindergarten curriculum. Currently, the number of students at Bright Start Academy is about 100. The ratio of Chinese and foreign teachers in Bright Start Academy is 1:1. Bright Start Academy is unique in that requires Lead Teachers to have at least 12 college credit hours of Early Childhood Education or a related field. Bright Start Academy has Nationally Accredited Lead Teachers in each age group and always encourages our teachers to pursue higher education in Early Childhood Education through tuition reimbursement and bonus program. Bright Start Academy provides their own trainings to elaborate on our company’s high standards, policies, and procedures. Bright Start Academy offers opportunities for outside sources for ongoing training and encourages the teachers to study the latest research. As a Nationally Accredited program, the staff in Bright Start Academy is required to earn double the number of training hours per year over what is required by the State of Missouri.
