Founded in 2002, the International Department of Chengdu Shude High School provides an international high school education to a total of 368 students spanning10th to 12th grade. Shude High school is a boarding school, our mission is to educate our students not only academically, but also through developing interpersonal skills and a global mindset and make success at university and beyond. The International Department admits applicants based on their Zhongkao(High School Entrance Exam)scores. combined with holistic review of students’ academic records, personalities, and interviewing performance. For the Fall 2019 entrance, there are 22.3%of 645 applicants were admitted. Shude High school International Department has a total of 115 faculty members, which resulting in a 1:4 faculty-to-student ratio. Thirty-nine percent of teachers hold a Master’s degree or above.
