Located at No. 3233, Hongxin Road, Minhang District, Shanghai Qibao Dwight High School was founded in 2014 through a partnership between Shanghai Qibao High School and Dwight School in the U.S., becoming Shanghai’s first independently-run Chinese-US cooperative high school. The school offers a comprehensive IB curriculum across fields like language, social sciences, mathematics, and arts, along with A-level courses and unique electives based on traditional Chinese elements (“Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, and Wind”). Qibao Dwight emphasizes global cultural exchange, allowing students to study at Dwight campuses in New York, London, Dubai, and Seoul and participate in programs like the World Classroom and Model United Nations. Students and faculty are organized into “Families” named after cultural figures, fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and lifelong connections.
